Per-Person Scaling Models: Common rates scale down the more employees you have. $110 per person for small teams (3–5 staff), dropping to $90 per person for larger teams (10+ staff), usually plus a one-off travel or setup fee $100. Enterprise Bulk Options: Photographers often provide same-day unedited proofs for staff selection and next-working-day turnarounds on final retouched files, inclusive of commercial usage rights.
